Workshop Background:
While completing the bidding process, there are various clarifications related to technical, financial, taxation and legal issues that participants seek to clarify. To facilitate and assist the bidders in this process and to create an interactive platform for the potential bidders, Infraline Energy Research is organising a focused and Independent Workshop with the following objectives
This is essentially a "Bidders' Perspective Workshop", designed for free and frank interactions with the speakers/participants. Since participation is restricted to prospective Bidders only, the Workshop would be dynamic and complement the information already presented in the roadshows by the Government.
To help the participants have a better understanding of the Technical, Legal and Financial Framework of Indian Exploration and Production Sector.
Geology and exploration activities description in blocks surrounding some key demo blocks.
Geology assessment by independent experts.
Interaction of Potential bidders with the Experts in relevant fields.
Understanding various issues related to Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs).
Please note that this will be independent platform and the experts would be giving out the personal view points. Only DGH and MoP&NG can give an official clarifications about the queries from bidders. We are in the process of inviting the concerned officials to handle the queries in the Q&A session.

Salient Features of the programme
Brining together experts from different disciplines
Bringing together experts from various disciplines including Taxation, Legal and Management consulting areas to help the participants better understand the Indian economic environment in general and E&P environment in particular.
Networking Platform and Partnership building
The Workshop shall bring together the prospective bidders and help them in forging alliances. Specific areas shall be provided to the bidders to have one-to-one meetings. Also, the workshop shall provide interaction with various service providers like Survey companies, Data Processing companies, Rig suppliers, etc.
Our last workshop saw many of such alliances develop and bid
Step-by-step guidance in filling the bid
The workshop shall facilitate the bidder in a detailed step-by-step guidance for filling up the bids. The idea is to help them in optimizing their bids and avoiding errors.
Data Room analysis of blocks and Detailed G&G and Techno commercial Evaluation of Blocks on offer
Infraline shall provide /advise the list of independent experts or Evaluation Companies to the prospective bidders to have their independent valuation of the blocks on offer.
Proactive Marketing:
Infraline team shall make pro-active marketing efforts in inviting as many potential bidders as possible to have a quality interaction.
DGH and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas participated proactively in the last workshop had 150 delegates from 80 different companies participating in the workshop of which 44 were international companies.
Workshop to help in Promotion of NELP-VII
The workshop shall be seen by the potential bidders as a gesture to facilitate the bidders and shall help in promoting Indian E&P industry to them.
After the encouraging acceptance of previous workshop, Infraline is getting a number of queries from potential bidders for a similar effort this year. So here we are presenting you with this opportunity to participate and benefit to the best.

Team Discounts: InfralineEnergy recognizes the value of learning in teams. Groups consisting of 3 or more persons at the same time from the same company receive a 10% discount. 5 or more receive a 15% discount. 7 or more persons receive a 20% discount. Only one discount available per person.
