On June 13, 2007, we were recommended for this coveted Certification.

The prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification demonstrates that the quality management standards of InfralineEnergy meet rigorous international requirements for the following business activities "Business Information Services, Business Research Services and Conferences & Workshop Services for Energy Sector".

InfralineEnergy's New Delhi office achieved this registration by planning, developing, documenting, implementing and auditing its quality management system (QMS), followed by an independent audit from the Netherland head quartered Det Norske Veritas (DNV). DNV's third-party audit assessed the compliance of various business aspects of InfralineEnergy's QMS against the ISO 9001:2000 standard. 

The audit also focused on documentation requirements, the quality manual, document controls, records control, management responsibilities, policies and objectives, quality management systems planning, resource management, training, infrastructure, product realization, customer property measurement analysis, customer satisfaction, internal auditing, and corrective and preventive action. DNV found no major nonconformities with respect to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

This certification forms the baseline to measure efficiency and refine the QMS. Through the continuous application of these principles, InfralineEnergy assures the integrity of its processes and the fulfillment of its long-term commitment to provide value to its customers.
